Customer service is the cornerstone of our industry. RPM CompleteXPO continues to make concerted efforts to further develop our already rigorous customer service standards and ensure that our business models remain customer-centric. We are committed to the continued improvement of our customer service—innovating new ways to meet the needs of show managers, as well as the needs of exhibitors and attendees.
Our short-term goal is providing excellent service for our clients and their clients, but our larger goal is improving the way the industry as a whole approaches customer service.
How do we go about improving customer service? We started by asking our customers. Since 2003, RPM CompleteXPO has surveyed thousands of exhibitors, show managers and corporate event clients. The results of these surveys have guided our recent changes, and led to the establishment of our Customer Service Indicator which provides us with event-by-event feedback, as well as overall specific benchmarking metrics for exhibitors, show managers and event planners.

RPM CompleteXPO Service Executives
Our dedicated RPM CompleteXPO service executives focus on personal contact and work directly with exhibitors on many levels. The relationship between our service executives begins once exhibitors receive their service manual. The service executive begins to build a personal relationship through welcome letters, phone calls, faxes and emails. The servicenter executive’s assistance extends to the show floor conveniently managing exhibitors’ needs directly from their exhibit. RPM CompleteXPO service executives ensure exhibitors continue to get the personal contact with experienced show site personnel when they need it. At RPM CompleteXPO, we deploy our exhibitor services staff to assure that every show is serviced at optimum levels.
Show Organizer Benefits:
